DRIVING LICENSE: A valid driving license held for at least one year is required from the driver.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER/S: A charge of €5.00 per day has to be paid for each additional Driver.
FUEL POLICY:The renter has an obligation to pay for the fuel during the rental and to return the vehicle with the same amount of gasoline as when it was received .
AGE REQUIREMENT: For all groups drivers must be over 21 years of age.
GUARANTORS: DRIVER #1#, DRIVER #2# and the subrenter are liable to fulfill any or all of the renters obligations concerning the rental contract.
FLEET AVAILABILITY: Locomotion reserves the right to provide a different car model to that originally reserved of an equivalent or higher model type.
DAILY KLM ALLOWANCE: No limit
BABY SEATS: Available on request with a daily charge of €3.
COLLECTION / DELIVERY: There are no delivery and collection charges except for some areas. The charge for every delivery or collection beyond Working Hours (21:30-07:30) is €20.
OTHER CONDITIONS / RESTRICTIONS:
The Renter is liable for the following:
- Any damages caused to the rented vehicle or any third party due to the renters negligence or improper use of the vehicle (for example but not limited to: overweight loading of the vehicle, off road use etc)
- Damages caused by the use of the wrong fuel
- Damage caused as a result of a breach of the rental agreement’s terms and conditions.
- Damage caused to the underneath and the top of the car, the antenna, the mirrors and the tires or while Locomotion car was on board ship
- Damage caused as a result of acts of God and terrorist attacks.

PAYMENT METHOD: Cash or a valid Credit Card accepted by Locomotion car & bike rentals.
TRAFFIC FINES: All fines resulting from the drivers conduct are born solely by the renter.
GRACE PERIOD: At the end of the agreed rental period, Locomotion allows a grace period of 29 minutes free of charge after which, the renter will be charged with €20 for each additional hour until the vehicle is returned. 
TAXES: All rates and charges in this document are subject to V.A.T.
INSURANCE: BASIC, The car is covered with Third Party insurance. Any damage caused to another vehicle involved in an accident is covered by the insurance. The policy also covers damage from uninsured vehicles, repair of property damage with third party liability, and personal accident. The renter is entirely responsible for any other damage caused to the rented vehicle.
COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER (CDW): comes with a special form and does not apply to Motorbikes and ATV. Includes basic insurance and in addition theft and fire insurance for the rented vehicle with no liability for any damage for vehicles of categories A, B, and C, and 1000 Euro for category D and E, provided that the lessee will keep the provisions of the Code of Conduct at the time of the lease (concerning alcohol consumption, drug abuse, stop or traffic light violation e.t.c ) in place in Greece. The interior, car accessories, tires, key, mirrors, windows, and the underside of the car are excluded.
ACROSS THE BORDER RENTALS: Allowed only with the prior written agreement with Locomotion rentals.
FERRY RESTRICTIONS: Allowed only with prior written agreement with Locomotion. Please note that any damage to the vehicle in transit will not be covered by any insurance.
